Where does the shimmer come from?

Lotions or cremes with shimmering effect are usually made on the basis of skin care creme or lotion, adding mineral Mica to it, which reflects light and ensures the shimmering effect. The difference between tinting fluids and shimmering lotions is that the body lotion doesn't contain any coloured pigments (Iron Oxides), but only the shimmering mineral Mica - this ensures that the lotion doesn't leave any stains on your clothes. When the summer had just started in Latvia's countryside, we held a photo session for MADARA styling in the fashion magazine "Pastaiga". Due to the slightly different focus of the brand style presented in the styling pages the result was fresh, unusual, surprising, just like nature every spring. The ripeness of the northern summers in the Baltic meadows. Take a look and sense it yourself.

In the summer, when Baltic flowers bloom and nature is at its most powerful, MADARA hosts a special event for all export partners.It happened from 19th-21st  of June in Latvia.

MADARA seminar was visited by 19 partners from 13 countries. First, there was a visit to the factory, but after everyone was transported to a unique place in the countryside  - Annas Hotel  - to have workshops, product training  and to share experiences.

Of course..the most fun part of the training - the long evening :)..enjoying Latvian sauna rituals, where Lotte made a wonderful strawberry scrub for body. And MADARA's big goal - to show and to take part in Latvia's famous Midsummer Night celebration.
